Gunnar joined Kaufman Hagan as a broker, with a focus on the acquisition, disposition, and lending services for multi-family assets along the Front Range. As a part of the Kaufman Hagan team, he is determined to fulfill client’s individually tailored needs within the market while forming enduring relationships.
Gunnar takes pride in working for a firm where the values of empathy, consistency, and driving disproportionate value align with his own. Coupling these values with an understanding of client’s needs ensures that clients will have a successful and advantageous experience.
While pursuing a degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from Baylor University, he completed internships with both First Bank and Hill Aevium Marketing. Both ventures provided him with knowledge and skills in lending and marketing for the commercial real estate sector. Most recently, he gained experience at a Denver local boutique commercial brokerage and was involved in the sales of investment property totaling over $65 million during his time in the industry.
On a personal level, Gunnar is Colorado native who grew up in the Vail valley. During his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, golfing, hiking, reading, cheering on Denver’s sports teams and spending time with friends and family.
